If you only have an hour to spare, what's better for you: an hour extra asleep, or an hour of physical activity? Both offer a plethora of benefits for health and performance...

After a glorious weekend of sunshine, why not keep the momentum going this month by joining the #350Challenge in aid of Women in Sport? Women's activity levels have been disproportionately affected by lockdown, but a lot of us have been in a bit of a slump!

After a refreshing weekend of sunshine, keeping that positive momentum through challenges like the #350Challenge Pokepath TD is a great way to stay active, rebuild healthy habits, and support Women in Sport, especially at a time when women’s activity levels have declined.

Loved how you tackled this classic question in a concise and engaging way — it’s such a smart reminder of how both sleep and exercise contribute to wellbeing. Your clear comparison really helps readers think about how to balance their time for health. I even came across a fun crossover perspective on performance and recovery over on https://shrimpupaquatics.com/, which made me think about habits in a new light. Thanks for a great read!
