Happy World Sleep Day! It was great to have the chance to talk to Eamonn and Isabel (both keen sleep evangelists) on GB News earlier this week. We were discussing a story that >50% of Scots are getting fewer than the recommended 7 hours of sleep, and 40% are stressed most or all of the time.

Sleep and mental health have a bidirectional relationship. After a bad night's sleep, you're more vulnerable to feeling stressed and anxious. On the plus side, when you can protect the time and space for a good night's sleep, you can feel the benefits for your wellbeing the very next day.
