Do you struggle to sleep in your own bed, but feel sleepy on the sofa? If you've experienced poor sleep for a while, it might be that your brain has learned to associate your bed with the frustration and anxiety of not sleeping.

In this video, I explain how to recreate a positive Bed Sleep connection. In an ideal world, your bed is associated with feel good and relaxed vibes, and nothing else.

The idea of creating a positive bed-sleep connection really resonates with me. I can see how setting a calming bedtime routine would help unwind and fall asleep easier Nano Banana 2

It makes sense that rebuilding a positive connection with the bed could improve overall sleep quality and help reduce that nighttime anxiety. I can imagine that creating a calm and relaxing routine before bed would make it easier to unwind and drift off naturally. Sometimes, when I need a quick mental reset during the day, I turn to simple distractions like Veck IO, but establishing healthy habits like this seems like a much more effective long-term way to support better sleep and relaxation.
