I'm 3 weeks into rowing around Britain with the Roxy crew, so I thought it was time for an update..
We're back on the oars in half an our, setting out from Mallaig at 10:30am.

I'm having a phenomenal time, fuelled by a wonderful crew, and the incredibly generous support of everyone who has donated to the British Heart Foundation. Thank you so much.
I'm due back on 31st July, when I'll get back to business as usual.. (talking sleep) and catching up on my own!
