When is the best time of day for exercise?
If you're hunting for tips to help you sleep, or to tackle insomnia, regular physical activity could really help. But what's the best time of day to hit the gym? What are the pros and cons of evening vs. morning exercise?
Thanks to Myles Moore for this question, in response to my last post. I did experiment with evening exercise a few times this week, but the gym was intimidatingly busy, so I sloped off early .. a pragmatic reason to stick to an early morning routine.
