Growing up, a warm bath was my Mum's favourite remedy for, well, pretty much anything. It turns out that many sleep scientists have also been interested in the power of a warm bath, and this video explains why. The good news is that a warm shower or footbath can have pretty similar benefits, so if you don't have time for a full on soak, just take 10 minutes of the 'passive water-based heating' technique of your choice!

If you'd like to learn more, here's a link to the research paper I mentioned, which reviews 13 studies on the effects of water-based heating on sleep, Haghayegh et al (2019):

What makes snowrider stand out is the ability to adapt your strategy depending on your mood. Sometimes it feels rewarding to play safely and survive longer, while other times it is more exciting to race recklessly through obstacles. This freedom adds depth and personality to every run.
